3. The data are processed on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data (pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR) for participating in the Fellowships programme under the Polish National Commission for UNESCO.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to participate in the Fellowships programme under the Polish National Commission for UNESCO.
5. The personal data will be processed until the cessation of the abovementioned purpose of processing or withdrawal of consent for further processing. The consent may be withdrawn at any time, by sending appropriate information to the address: komitet@unesco.pl, however withdrawal of consent is tantamount to resignation from participation in the Fellowships programme. Then, the data will be stored, as regards archive materials, for the period resulting from the provisions of the Act of 14 July 1983 on national archival resources and archives (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 217 with amendments).
6. Only authorized employees of the controllers have access to the data. The data may be made accessible to third parties, in particular entities that, under the contract with the controllers, are responsible for the organizational issues, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for visa process purposes.
7. The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations (except UNESCO).
8. You have the right to control the processing of the data as set out in Articles 15-18 of the GDPR, in particular the right to access your personal data, rectify them, erase and restrict their processing.
9. The personal data will not be processed by automated means, and will not be subject to profiling.
